I received a fake pair of Nike Dunks. I wrote another review and was told that my return was approved and to wait for my return label. I waited 2 days before contacting their chat option. I had to ask for the label. I am just hoping they see the obvious inconsistencies between the two shoes. I am attaching a very obvious picture where you can see the stiching ends at different points on the shoe. In other words, look at the white st hung under the Nike (in the white area), look at how the stitching on the left pair ends above the corner and on the right pair, the stitching ends under the corner. Not to mention the shoe came with a yellow mark on top of the Nike. Obviously these shoes are used. The pictures make you provide for this claim have to be a certain size which makes it impossible to go into detail how they are obviously fake. The edges where the white and black meet are rough. And also if you look at the Nike on the heels, the “I” has different thickness of stitching between the pair of shoes. This might not be obvious in the pictures, again, because of the size limit of the picture/proof. I am hoping for customer service to make this right because as a first time Stockx user , this is discouraging and very unfortunate.

I have to wear orthotics so the sole being easily removable was a big plus. I didn't have to go up a half size to wear them with my orthotic insoles. The leather feels very high-quality and the double-stitching around the toe tell me that it's going to last a long time. It took one full wear for the leather to break in. I've had Dunks in the past and I didn't like the thickness of the tongue, but these have a tongue very similar to the Jordan 1 and it's perfect. I also really like the laces that come with these. They look like old school flat laces but they have some stretch to them and feel like they'll last a while. Overall very premium feel to the whole shoe inside and out.

I rated this shoe 3 stars simply because I received a display pair of shoes and they arrived dirty and the sole on the show is dingy looking. I compared them to my son's dunks and also to the ones in the store when I attempted to exchange them for another pair and the color of the soles were totally different. I was unsuccessful exchanging them in store because they didn't have my size but the lady did offer to clean them. Even with them being cleaned the color is still dingy and a bit off, maybe due to them being on display for so long. Overall I still love the shoe and the customer service department did give me a 20% off code towards my next purchase from Hibbett. I still have the shoes and will attempt to exchange them at another store before sending them back all together.

This is the first time I have used Hibbert and I can assure you this is the last time. They are the most disgusting company to do business with. I ordered these shoes as a Christmas Gift for my granddaughter. They have never arrived and the customer service, including the idiot and rude Supervisor have been no help but have simply tried to feed me with nonsense. I still do not know when these shoes will ship. I will have a very disappointed granddaughter !! They simply have lied to me and have even issued me a Fed X tracking number, how do they get away with this ?? Beware of this unprofessional company that has shown me absolutely no sincerity and care. One star is too much for them !!
