Artisanally hand-packed by a family-owned cannery on the Cantabrian coast. Sourced from Europe's first and only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery and caught in the Cantabrian Sea by fishermen using the purse seine fishing. Salt-cured for six to twelve months and then packed into tins with premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
