We got this fridge for such a good deal after our old one broke down. We were able to find it in stock, and available to take the same day. I found it to be a very good price for the size. The inside is very spacious and I like that the doors can be removed and switched around if needed. I got the white one and the finish feels so smooth and high quality. The inside has all the necessary shelves and compartments. The freezer can also fit a lot of food. I love how quiet it is compared to our last fridge. It's such a low hum, at first I wondered if it was even plugged in. It cools very efficiently and evenly. The set up was pretty easy, just roll it into place and plug it in. No water lines needed. I ultimately gave it a 4 star rating because I wish it came with a cheese drawer. I ended up keeping the one from my last fridge and it fits perfectly once I rearranged the shelves. I also find the shelves are a little difficult to clean because the glass does not detach. If something spills and leaks between the glass and plastic section of the shelves, its hard to rinse off. I still love it and highly recommend it. We've had ours for a few years and it's been working perfectly. It's a great quality, spacious refrigerator.

We needed this height of refrigerator/freezer for our space. We had been used to three sets of bins on the inside of the door, but this model is not equipped for a bottom row as it would hit the crisper bins when the door shuts.
There isn’t a light in the freezer which we also used to have, but it’s not really necessary.
We purchased a plastic bin or two from Home Goods to act as our deli drawer as we didn’t realize that this model didn’t have one.
The outside of the door collects fingerprints fast if you are not utilizing the indented handles to open and close the doors, which apparently our household does not! A quick spray of Fantastic with a microfiber cloth does the trick.
The bins on the refrigerator door are nice and deep and the refrigerator is well-lit.
The crisper drawers are also big and hold a lot of fruits and vegetables.
The freezer is nice and the ice maker works well.
Magnets can only be used on the side of the unit which keeps the front clean-looking.
Overall, we are happy with this purchase and it does the job.

Evaporator Fan Motor went bad, lasted less than 2 years.
Had to call the service person which they charged me $400 but no charge on the part ($50).
Root cause of the issue (drain got froze, leaving ice all over the freezer) was the bad fan motor which LG should've covered the cost, not by me. Unreliable product quality that don't even last 2 years, could've purchased the new one instead. Will not buy LG refrigerator again, very disappointed. Will not even recommend to family and friends. I work in automotive industry and typically this type of bad parts are covered by the warranty. Unsure the warranty terms between LG and LG's suppliers but need to revisit test validation and should file warranty claim to the supplier, not to the customer.
However, service person was very nice and friendly. I would give him 5 starts though.

I was in an emergency situation having purchased a brand new fridge freezer that never got cold. Different brand. So this was a equivalent in terms of size. What is going on that deli drawers aren’t a standard feature in fridges anymore? And there’s a bunch of dead space where there could be a shelf. I don’t get it. This is not a good fridge for someone who not only cooks but also gardens so she’s harvesting and canning and freezing her own food. Not impressed… as technology advances practicality seems to be going in the toilet. I mean, seriously, shouldn’t there be a shelf at the bottom of the door? You can take a little bit more time with the dishwasher or even a stove, but a fridge has to be a quick decision. I chose poorly.
